Pay: $18/hour starting

Join the CTSS team as a Machine Operator (Kettle Operator), where you will be responsible for operating machinery and ensuring smooth production processes. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to monitor equipment, maintain safety standards, and follow manufacturing procedures. No experience is required for this position, but proficiency in English is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate kettle machinery and follow production guidelines

- Monitor equipment and ensure proper functionality

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

- Adhere to safety protocols and report any issues

- Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- No prior experience required—training provided

- Must be reliable and responsible

- Proficient in English (required)

- Available to work 8-12 hour shifts, Monday – Friday

- Willingness to work overtime when needed
