Job Overview

CTSS is currently seeking Warehouse Associates for a temp-to-perm opportunity at a paint manufacturing facility in Gainesville, GA. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily operations by handling materials, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining an organized and safe workspace. This position offers consistent hours and overtime opportunities based on production needs, with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment• Label, wrap, and stage products according to company standards• Assist with inventory control, counting, and stock organization• Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (pallet jacks, etc.)• Maintain a clean and organized work environment• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (dust, fumes, temperature changes)• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently• Work shoes required on first day• Must wear all required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, etc.)• CTSS uses E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility
