Location: Bluffdale, UT

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day shift; overtime as needed)

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

Job Overview

CTSS is currently seeking Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Bluffdale, Utah. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently in a production-focused environment. As part of the production team, you will assist with operating equipment, processing materials, and packaging finished products while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including waterjet machines and interconnect tables

• Process, assemble, and package products according to company specifications

• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of finished products

• Prepare products for shipment by packaging and securing materials properly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Assist with general production tasks including material handling and staging

• Operate a forklift on an occasional basis (not a primary responsibility)

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

• Follow all safety, operational, and manufacturing protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Mechanical aptitude or experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred

• Forklift experience is a plus (certification not required at hire)

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Work shoes are required on the first day

• Must wear all required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, etc.) at all times
