Job Title: Janitor/Cleaning Staff

Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

Location: Gainesville, GA

Job Description:

Join the CTSS team as a Janitor/Cleaning Staff member at a paint manufacturing plant. This role is essential in keeping the facility clean, safe, and organized. You will be responsible for general cleaning duties, waste disposal, and maintaining hygiene standards in production and office areas.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and offices.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; remove dust, dirt, and debris.

• Sanitize and restock restrooms and common areas.

• Properly dispose of trash and recyclables.

• Clean equipment, walls, and other surfaces as required.

• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals.

• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English perfectly.

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift and perform physical tasks.

• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, fumes, and cleaning chemicals.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

• Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards.

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
