Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

Job Overview

CTSS is currently hiring a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Associate for a paint manufacturing plant in Gainesville, GA. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a dependable and experienced forklift operator looking for a stable, full-time position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the facility

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods

• Organize and stage materials for production and shipping

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records

• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing, sorting, and organization

• Follow all safety regulations and workplace procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Forklift experience is required (previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred)

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Strong English skills are required (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (dust, fumes, varying temperatures)

• Work shoes required on day one

• Must wear all required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, etc.) at all times
