Packing Associate (Seasonal)

Location: Gainesville, GA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Overview

CTSS is currently seeking Packing Associates for a seasonal position at a paint manufacturing plant in Gainesville, GA. This role is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As part of the production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and label products according to company specifications

• Inspect items for quality control and ensure proper handling of materials

• Prepare shipments by assembling, wrapping, and securing packaged goods

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Adhere to all safety and operational protocols to ensure a secure workplace

• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including lifting, sorting, and stacking products

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may include exposure to dust, fumes, and fluctuating temperatures

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting

• Work shoes are required on the first day

• Must wear all required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, etc.) at all times
