Job Title: Packer

Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Starting Pay: $16/hour

Location: Gainesville, GA

Job Description:

Join the CTSS team as a Packer, where you will play a key role in ensuring our products reach our customers in perfect condition. Your responsibilities will involve following best practices in manufacturing and adhering to all safety requirements. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Pull, pack, and label products based on daily orders

- Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed

- Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner

- Monitor product quality and report any problems or discrepancies

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- No prior experience required; training will be provided

- Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

- Available to work overtime and weekends when needed

- Ability to read and understand English or Spanish

- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures

Qualifications:

- Efficient individual with excellent time management skills

- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Previous packing or warehouse experience is not required but is encouraged
