Recruiter and Onsite Manager in Gainesville, GA


We are searching for a reliable and dependable candidate to a fill our onsite manager and recruiter position in Gainesville, GA! This position would be part-time, working between 20-25 hours a week. As a member of the CTSS Corporate team, we are searching for a well-spoken, trustworthy, flexible candidate to assist the corporate office virtually and in person. An ideal candidate would have experience in recruiting and personnel procurement along with some knowledge of the manufacturing and warehouse fields. As a proud multicultural and Latino owned company, a candidate who speaks Spanish and English would be ideal.


I. At home recruiting, including:

· Assisting the corporate office with job postings on multiple sites

· Contacting new candidates via email, phone call, and text

· Scheduling candidates for virtual interviews via FaceTime or Zoom and in-person walkthroughs at job sites

· Ensuring candidates meet requirements for the positions they are applying for

· Ensuring candidates have completed proper paperwork and submitted ID’s

II. On site managerial duties, including:

· Hosting walk-throughs at job site

· Passing out weekly paychecks to employees

· Ensuring employees are present and accounted for via our online time clock

· Relaying any issues or questions employees may have to the corporate office

· Being able to properly represent CTSS and their work values


· High school diploma or GED

· Experience using Microsoft office, including Excel and Word

· Recruiting and/or hiring experience

· Comfortable using FaceTime, Zoom, Facebook and different websites for recruiting purposes

· Ability to work remotely, access to computer and Wi-Fi

· Well spoken, English and Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply
